Kleerdex Appoints North American Distributor Sales Manager

Matt Houlihan, North American Distributor Sales Manager, Kleerdex Company, LLC

BLOOMSBURG, PA—Matt Houlihan was named North American Distributor Sales Manager of Kleerdex Company, LLC by Richard Cort, vice president sales and marketing.

His role will be to develop programs and incentives at the distributor level to convert sales of metal and FRP to the proprietary line of Kydex® high performance sheet.

Houlihan's stated intention is to greatly improve training of the Kydex authorized distributor sales staffs on the performance advantages that Kydex sheet brings to thermoforming, membrane pressing, laminating and fabricating applications. "Kydex thermoplastic is a high performance sheet product used by our customers due to superior physical performance, not simply square foot price. It is my focus to bring exceptional training to our authorized distributor sales people enabling them to better demonstrate the superior performance characteristics of Kydex sheet."

In addition, Houlihan plans on emphasizing new products for 2005, highlighted by the opening of the new Kleerdex coating operation in Bloomsburg, significantly expanding the product offering in Eslon® DC static dissipative sheet products for electronics manufacturing applications.

He was previously CEO of Replex Mirror, vice president of Matra Plast, and a vice president for Plaskolite Inc.

Houlihan holds a B.S. in Business Management from Marquette University and resides in Anthem, AZ.
