Decorative granite-look thermoplastic sheet

Introduction:

A new dimension to thermoplastic sheet is now availble. KYDEX® 130 Granite Series offers a look that is unique to most thermoplastic materials.

General Information:

Performs well as a flat sheet or as a 3-dimensional thermoformed part. Availble in five colours: green, black, navy, black, desert sand & rosetone. UL® recognized Std 94 V-0, 5V in all thicknesses & UL classified Class I/A for non-wallcovering building application.

Features:

• For deep or hard to form parts where good finished detail is required.
• More rigid than most thermoplastics so stiffer parts will deform less when loaded.

• Recognized by Underwriter’s Laboratories, Inc® for Std 94 V-0, 5V in all thicknesses.
• Meets FAR 25.853 (a) vertical burn requirments for use in aircraft as thermoformed parts.
• Easy to fabricate and thermoform.
