Class1/A rated thermoplastic sheet with Microban® Antimicrobial Product Protection

Introduction:

KYDEX® 150 MB is a proprietary thermoplastic alloy sheet that is used for wall protection, laminating and thermoforming applications requiring a Class I/A building code. Microban® protection is built-in to continuously fight the growth of microbes.

General Information:

The Class I/A building code is rated up to and including 1.52mm (0.060”) and Class II/B building codes up to and including 2.36mm (0.093”) and is Underwriter’s Laboratories, Inc® listed.

Features:

• Good formability and extensibility.
• Easy to work with once formed.
• Available in standard thicknesses from 0.71mm (0.028”) to 2.36mm (0.093”), eight textures, a variety of colours, custom colour matching and custom blank sizes.
• Stronger cleaning agents can be used with no discolouration or damage to surface material.
• More resistant to a wider range of concentrated chemicals.

• Microban® antimicrobial technology inhibits the growth of bacteria that can cause stains, odors and product deterioration.
• Microban® technology is built-in to the sheet so it won’t wash or wear away and lasts for the lifetime of the product/sheet.
